About LUMI

LUMI offers handmade jewellery and jewellery-making workshops.

The website provides information about LUMI jewellery, workshops and related services. Information about workshops displayed on the website is provided for informational purposes only. Workshop bookings are arranged and confirmed separately and are not made through the website.

Product Information

LUMI jewellery is handmade using selected materials and components sourced from different suppliers. Depending on the design, products may include natural stones, freshwater pearls, beads, chains, clasps and other jewellery components.

Natural stones and pearls may vary slightly in colour, shape, size and texture. These variations are natural characteristics of the materials and are not necessarily considered defects.

Order Requests

The website allows you to select products and submit an order request.

Submitting an order request does not constitute a purchase and does not automatically create a binding sales contract.

After submitting an order request, you will receive a request number. You may then contact LUMI via Instagram to discuss and confirm your order.

Product availability, delivery options, delivery costs, payment method and other relevant details will be confirmed separately before the purchase is finalised.

A sales contract is concluded only after the order has been expressly confirmed by LUMI and the relevant terms have been agreed.

Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros.

No payment is processed through the website. Payment details and available payment methods will be agreed separately when an order is confirmed.

Any applicable delivery costs will be communicated before the purchase is finalised.
